President and CEO Roger Freeman is a pioneer in the development of behavioral healthcare information management technology. He co-founded IRCS in 1983, is an army national guard veteran, and has a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota with post-graduate work in experimental design.  Roger comes to IRCS from a research and development background.  He is often called upon to speak at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows.  Roger is skilled in behavioral healthcare information systems, SQLPlus, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms and Reports, UNIX, VMS, Fortran, and Windows.  He is our lead salesman, spokesman,  implementation leader, and Oracle Reports expert.

Chief Financial Officer Gregg Freeman joined the firm in 1986, is a navy veteran, and has a bachelor of arts degree in geography from Bemidji State University.  Gregg comes to IRCS from an accounting and programming background.  Gregg is skilled in SQLPlus, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms & Reports, COBOL, Fortran, RPG II, VMS, and Windows.  Gregg is our Mental Health Services billing, demographic, and EDI expert with 19 years experience.  Gregg recently attended ODTUG, Oracle's Development Tool Users Group conference in New Orleans, LA.

Chief Operations Officer Chris Freeman joined the firm in 2004 and has a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota with post-graduate work in engineering management.  Chris has come from a manufacturing background and has led several business software system implementations.  Chris is skilled in SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Windows, and Linux.  Chris was recently appointed to the "doI.T!" Council, a information technology think-tank organization.

Chief of Customer Care and Quality Control Brenda Manthei joined the firm in 2008.  She studied at North Hennepin Community College, Anoka Technical College, University of Minnesota, and St. Scholastica.  She has 14 plus years experience in the healthcare industry, 4 years experience in Minnesota Behavioral Healthcare billing and 2 years experience with Iris.  Brenda brings this wealth of experience to IRCS and a much needed perspective on the users' view of things.  She is assigned to help with the helpdesk calls, work with us programmers to design new features and ways of doing things, to maintain the web documentation, and to help improve our training programs.
